Hello, While the Handle prefix does seem to be inactive, all the materials for that course are available in that Demo Collection: http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/handle/10673/52/browse?type=title
Keep in mind that the Course was written for DSpace 1.5.x (released in 2008), so this is an archive of an 11 year old course.
