Hello, The "scopus-retrieve" script is not provided with DSpace, so unfortunately we cannot provide support on it. You might want to contact Scopus / Elsevier for support on that script. The "dsrun" script *is provided* with DSpace and should be available in your [dspace]/bin/ directory....but, I don't know why "scopus-retrieve" would not be able to locate it.
