Hi Gerald, Unfortunately, we don't have enough information to help you solve the problem. I'd recommend looking for any error messages that are reported by DSpace when it attempts to send emails and/or any error messages reported by your "email engine". Without those error messages, it's not possible to provide accurate advice to solving your issues.
