Hello, SWORD respects any configured Collection approval workflows. So, if you do a SWORD deposit to a Collection that requires approval, then it will go into the approval workflow & require approval before it appears. However, if you do a SWORD deposit to a Collection *that has no approval processes*, then the deposit will appear immediately.
I don't recall any easy way to override required Collection approvals (without modifying code) in SWORD. But, if someone else knows of a way, then hopefully they'll post a solution to this thread.
