Hi, something is different...check the CSS / structure of the new page - if you remove the "footer"-DIV it works, its like an overlay.

Here is the website for Server 2012: http://scholars.indstate.edu/ Same site running Server 2019: http://139.102.65.11/ As you can see the links at the top work, some on the bottom of the right side bar also work, but nothing between. Any ideas where to look?
