I have a related problem: I cannot add a new collection or community via the Angular frontend, because the popup window does not work. I posted the question here <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/dspace-tech/8urfSVkK90M>, with a screenshot. Nothing shows up in any of the logs.
