When I look at the table resourcepolicy where action_id = 11, I get only 1 row :- *policy_id | resource_type_id* | resource_id | *action_id* | start_date | end_date | rpname | rptype | rpdescription | eperson_id |* eperson_group_id| dspace_object* Of which only 5 - the bold ones - are populated. The id of dspace_object is MATCHING. Why is the eperson_id empty ?
