Dear Jawad Makki, I guess your DSpace-CRIS installation use the http protocol configured to reach Scopus endpoint. Please check your build.properties, change it to use https ( https://github.com/4Science/DSpace/blob/1aefe5c3ddf837bfa9dc25b4e84378db3d169a8b/build.properties#L232 ), rebuild and update your installation.
