Bringing up an oooold case. What if omitting the language aspect on 
metadata completely. Always null in the language field, discarding language 
qualifiers in OAI-PMH imports or any other way of feeding metadata to 
Dspace. Is this possible and what are the implications?? If the 
implications are tolerable, anyone who knows where to change the code.
