Hi Jaware,

I had the same issue and for me it was likely caused by having two 
different versions of openjdk installed.

However, in your case I think it might be that you're using Tomcat 10. The 
installation 
instructions

specify Tomcat version 9. You might want to try uninstalling Tomcat 10 and 
install Tomcat 9.
