Hi,

I'd recommend looking for other errors, either in your browser's DevTools 
or in the backend logs (or both).  If DSpace isn't behaving as expected, 
it's likely there's a more specific error that can either be found in your 
browser's DevTools or the backend logs....and that more specific error 
message should give a clue as to what is going wrong.

Once you find the detailed error message, it's possible it's one of these
