I am using DSpace 7.2, with the Mirador viewer and Cantaloupe. I am unable to get my first attempts to use JP2 (jpeg2000) to view anywhere. When uploading as a bitstream, DSpace complains "unknown format". I have produced these jp2 images from png using imagemagick. The resulting images view well using Irfanview. I also downloaded a sample JP2 file and got the same results. Isn't JP2 enabled by default? How/where do I check? Suggestions for troubleshooting? C.
