Hi Bill, If you are on 7.3, on the Edit Item's "Bitstreams" tab, if you click the "Upload" button, you'll see a screen that says "Select a bundle or input new bundle name". In that textbox, you can enter *any* new Bundle name and click "Create Bundle". So, it's not limited to the default bundle types...you can enter any text there to create a new bundle.
