Until you find the underlying error message, it's not possible to help determine why you cannot add a logo. It could be a configuration issue, a permissions issue, and out-of-disk-space issue, or many other underlying problems. The only way to determine the cause would be to find that underlying error message. Once you find it, if you cannot figure out a fix, you can send that underlying error message to this mailing list for more help.
