To whom it may concern, I am Maya Nazzal, in charge of the Institutional Repository at the Library of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) - Lebanon.
We are using Dspace as our open access repository for scholarly and/or published digital content. My questions are : 1. Could we link the authorization item to the University IP (so the uploaded files can be opened on campus while and restricted off-campus) ? 2. We have already installed a book viewer. Any suggestion how we can restrict downloading the files? Or do you have any other solution to restrict/limit the downloading of a document or file to only to 15 % ?
