Please see our troubleshooting guide for information about how to locate specific error messages (in the UI or in the backend). Unfortunately, without a specific error message, it's impossible to provide accurate advice. It could be the frontend is having issues communicating with the backend. It could be the file is too large. It could also be that you are out of storage. It could be some other problem altogether.
