Dear All, We have a problem with one particular item which cannot be deleted. Probably due to this we cannot delete the parent collection and community of this item. When we try to permanently delete it we get the following message: An error occurred while deleting the item.
I can see this error message in the inspector: DELETE [url_of_the_item] 500 Can anyone help us to solve this issue? We can withdraw the item, but we need to delete the community and its collection, and simply withdrawing this bad item doesn't help. We are able to delete other items/collections.
