Dear colleagues, I upgraded from version 6.3 to 6.4. After that, I restructured the communities at the library's request, moved some collections to some new communities, and some communities ceased to exist. And now I have a problem, the statistics are not working. Items that previously had multiple downloads now appear zeroed.
Follow the procedure I did to retrieve the statistics. Copy the data from the solr/statistics/data folder from version 6.3 to version 6.4. Then I ran the commands below: ./dspace index-discovery -f ./dspace solr-reindex-statistics Even so, the statistics remain zero. Does anyone know what could be going on, I check the logs but there are no errors, are there any extra steps I need to take?
