Hi Alex, That error sounds like either the Backend (REST API) is not running, or maybe has not also been updated to DSpace 7.6? Obviously, you need to make sure to update both the backend and frontend from 7.4 -> 7.6.
Otherwise, if you are confident the backend is running, you might want to check the backend logs to see if it is throwing an error.
