Hi,

If the Persons are *inside* the Collection already, then the Person object 
is an *Item* in DSpace.  That means you can edit each Person Item *one by 
one* and upload the Image into the "ORIGINAL" bundle like I said 
previously.  For information on Editing Items, see the screenshots

In DSpace, all objects *inside* of a Collection are Items.  All Items can 
be edited in the same way and you can change the metadata or add new files 
later on.
