The issue has been resolved. A sub-community was mapped as a collection in the input-submissions file.

In the last few days, some people can no longer see tasks in the workflow list that they could see a few days ago. I can see everything, other accounts can still see everything, but some accounts can not see anything. I can see the 5 items currently there, but people with the same rights as me can not see anything in the workflow list. I've tried claiming tasks and returning them to the pool, I've scoured the log files but there's no errors related to this. People either see a message that says: Your search returned no results. Having trouble finding what you're looking for? Try putting quotes around it Or Error fetching results if they click on the administer workflow tab. I've checked the logs at the exact times those people are getting the errors and there are no warnings or errors. Not sure where to proceed from here.
