Never worked with DSpace-CRIS but you schould be able to download the missing definitions from the GitHub Repo
https://github.com/4Science/DSpace/tree/dspace-cris-2023.01.01/dspace/config/registries I think cris-types is the one missing to overcome that message but you might also need the others.
