Hi, all--

We're running DSpace 7.6, and trying to import content from our repository into
Alma/Primo to make it discoverable there.

With earlier versions of DSpace, the structure that's worked for imports (like
DPLA, etc.), has been <base_URL>/handle/<variable> -- but with 7.x, the
structure has shifted to a more complex hash identifier. The handle system is
still in place and functional; it just redirects to the longer URL, structured
as <base_URL>/items/<hash>.

With our DPLA imports, the redirect isn't causing any issues – but it's
consistently throwing an error with Alma. This may be an error on the Alma
side, but I would still love to hear from anyone who is successfully pulling
material into Alma from DSpace 7.x.

Thanks so much!

Paige
