Hello there, When a new uer is registrated in dspace (in our case either via Shibboleth or via Administration), dspace sends an automatic notification to the configured administration email. In our case the mail is sent from [email protected] (system sender address for automatic mails) to [email protected] (public address for contact with our administrators)
The notification contains an automatic "reply-to" information which contains the email of the newly registered user. This is a problem for us, because we use a ticket system for hohpublica@... which uses an AutoReply for new tickets. This means: 1. noreply-hohpublica sends a notification to hohpublica = to the ticket system 2. The ticket system creates a new ticket 3. The ticket system sends an automatic mail back with the content "we received your ticket etc." 4. In this case the ticket system sends the AutoReply back to the users email which is defined in "reply-to" BUT should NOT AT ALL be involved in this particular communication between dspace and the ticket system, because this notification is meant to be read by our ADMINISTRATORS first and foremost. Now the question: How do I configure dspace to DELETE the "reply-to" user information from the automatic notification?
