We’re hosted so I don’t know the technical details, but when we wanted to put our SSO sign in at the top and password option below, our hosting provider ran into the same problem. If anyone comes up with a solution I’d love to know about it so we can pass it on to them….

However, I cannot seem to get the password authentication to appear anywhere but first on the login page. Since the password authentication is the default, does it have to appear first?
