Hi Akshay, If you are still seeing this error, you might verify that your Collections both have Entity Types selected (in the Edit Collection form). See the discussion here: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/1661#issuecomment-1446057622 which led to this other ticket here: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/2124
You have not said which version of DSpace you are testing with, but I'd also recommend upgrading to the latest (if you are not on it already). I recall there have been fixes to the Submission Forms in 7.6.2 related to adding Entity relationships.
