Hi Dr Mezrag

We have a similar problem with a 7.6.2 site:
https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5&q=site%3Aresearchspace.ukzn.ac.za

I've gone through the guide repeatedly and have requested help via the
email address, but had no response.

Please let me know if you find a way to resolve this.
