As i suspected, the problem was with the database. I had to use pg_restore 
tool to import the database (using the -v flag). Now I'm facing another 
problem that I did not encounter the first time i migrated (but not 
upgraded) DSpace. Everything is replaced with numbers (usernames, titles, 
descriptions etc.). I checked the database and it's fine (no numbers, has 
the right values). What could be causing this? (images provided below)
