Hi Diego, I'd recommend using the troubleshooting guide to look for possible underlying error messages (these may appear in your browser's DevTools or in backend logs). My suspicion is some sort of error is occurring which causes these sections to not load. If you've made customizations to your user interface to change these pages, it's also possible that something you did has broken the user interface (but that may also result in an error message).
