Hello DSpace Community,

I would like to know if it's possible to customize the notification system
in DSpace 7 so that approvers receive notifications in the following
scenarios:

   1. When a submission is rejected at any stage of the workflow.
   2. When a submission is approved and moves from one workflow step to
   another.

Currently, the system only notifies the submitter upon rejection and sends
a notification to approvers only when a submission enters the workflow. I
would like approvers to be kept informed throughout the entire workflow
process, including rejections and transitions between workflow steps.

Has anyone implemented such customizations or can provide guidance on how
to achieve this?

Thank you for your assistance.
