If you are still encountering this issue, I'd recommend looking for errors 
that may be occurring in either the User Interface or backend (logs) by 
using our Troubleshooting Guide:

You also may want to reference the LDAP documentation, as there's a section 
on "Debugging LDAP connection and configuration":

If you can share more details about the error you are receiving from the 
troubleshooting page, or the debugging LDAP steps, it's possible that 
someone here can help.

DSpace doesn't have a one-on-one support option available.  But, if you 
require that level of support, you would want to contact one of our 
Registered Service Providers: 
https://dspace.org/registered-service-providers/   These are for-profit 
companies that are experts in DSpace.  They can provide one-on-one support 
or custom setups/hosting.  But you'd need to reach out to them individually 
for more details or quotes.
