Hi,

I would recommend using the troubleshooting guide to see if any (hidden) 
error is occurring in either the User Interface or REST API (in backend 
logs):

Usually, unexplained behavior in DSpace means there is an error that is 
occurring.

This also may be some sort of caching issue, so you could try reloading 
your browser page to see if this causes the items to appear.  Or, you could 
upgrade to the latest version of DSpace 7.6.x, as it's also possible you 
are encountering an issue that has already been solved in a later release.
