Hi Yanan!

Thank you so much for your response! We have privacy and security
constraints for this DSpace instance therefore it is a custom setup. We
have been told in the broader DSpace community, institutions do generally
provide admin access however, what we have encountered are concerns about
granting Elements write access with RT2 and providing elevated level of
privileges to a third-party.

Yanan would you mind sharing, when this integration was proposed for your
DSpace instance, was it a mandatory system requirement? Did your team have
any concerns about access level? And/or how is your current experience with
the administrative account setup for Elements? We are trying to find a
workaround to satisfy both the security/privacy needs and the needs of the
Elements system. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Kind Regards,
Rachel
