Hi Eric, If you are still having this issue, we may need more information about what you are using to "generate a Citation Cover Page". DSpace's own Citation Page feature should not be *deleting* any content, as it dynamically adds a Citation Page at the time in which the download occurs: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC8x/PDF+Citation+Cover+Page
So, I'm not sure I understanding what you are using, and how it could have deleted any content or bundles.
