I figure before I start trying to knock the rust off of our old code, it would be great to hear what others are doing.we lately scanned ~3000 student theses for a sort of "cold archiving" to DSpace nearly the same way. Theses got cut off the back, scanned, automatically resized/deskewed/ocr'ed with some basic metadata on them and then send to DSpace and imported via SAF into workflow for control and setting the full metadata.
