Hello, For OAI-PMH to work properly with DSpace, you *must* regularly run the "./dspace oai import" command from the commandline. This import command will re-import your latest Items into the OAI-PMH index. We recommend usually scheduling this command to run regularly via a cron job. See the example in the documentation at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/OAI#OAI-OAI-PMHServerMaintenance
