Hi, You'll need to track down the reason why the upload has failed. It usually will be found in a detailed error message which may be either visible in your browser's DevTools, or in the backend logs. Once you locate the detailed error message, you may wish to search our email archives to see if it's an error that others have found a solution to already. If not, you can share it here and others may be able to provide advice.
