Node.js does not trust the certificates presented by apache  to resolve 
this you need to run these commnads

pm2 show dspace-ui | grep "Script origin"

pm2 set dspace-ui:NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS "etc/ssl/cert/chain.pem"  //location 
of certificate

pm2 reload dspace-ui --update-env
