We are having this issue at upload new items 15:18:14,878 ERROR ac9e22b7-90d1-4337-a501-2782ef7a9cbf 7e6ebd71-cec0-41d3-9b51-14500f66f8a4 org.dspace.app.rest.exception.DSpaceApiExceptionControllerAdvice @ An exception has occurred (status:500) java.lang.RuntimeException: SQLException in class org.dspace.app.rest.repository.WorkflowItemRestRepository#findBySubmitter trying to create a workflow and adding it to db.
