Hi Soukaïna, I've just tested this on 9.x as well on https://demo.dspace.org. I'm seeing the same behavior. Technically, the thumbnail *exists* for items in Workspace or MyDSpace, as you can see it if you click the "View" button to preview the item. However, the thumbnail is not being displayed in the list of results on MyDSpace (or similar).
