I've been using IP authentication for quite a while without issue Recently, our IT Department upgraded our firewall, so this may or may not be an issue.
After the firewall change, I can't get certain users on the local network to access restricted bitstreams. My dspace.log has several entries: org.dspace.authenticate.IPMatcherException: Malformed IP specification 8 [IP Address] Right now, I can't find what the error means or how the ip address is malformed. The log entries show properly-formatted addresses. -- All messages to this mailing list should adhere to the Code of Conduct: https://www.lyrasis.org/about/Pages/Code-of-Conduct.aspx --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DSpace Technical Support" group.
