More info...

I noticed that if a refresh is done in the browser on a search result page, 
the browser sends a header for if-modified-since, which results in a 304 
response from the browser (use locally cached version). Apparently the 
cached version isn't correct in this case.

This isn't the behavior when refreshing the home page or an item page, for 
example.
