Hi everyone,

I need assistance with an issue in DSpace 7.6.2 where the requested file(s) 
are not being attached to the email users receive after the Help Desk 
approves a “Request a Copy”

*Below is a sample of the email being sent (note that the attachment is 
missing):*

Your request for a copy of the file(s) from the below document has been 
approved by Help Desk.  You may find the requested file(s) attached.

My challenge: *"files are not being attached"*

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest where I should look 
to resolve this (e.g., mail configuration, request copy workflow, or 
permissions)?
