Hello, We are working with DSpace CRIS 5.10 and have encountered a problem with OAI indexing. In our installation, the storage is handled in SOLR. When running the command: [dspace]/bin/dspace oai import -c the process finishes without showing any errors and apparently completes successfully. However:
- The number of items indexed is much lower than the total existing in the repository. - The number of items indexed varies with each execution, although the script always ends without errors. - We have verified that the records in the database are complete and that the items are visible in the user interface, but not all appear in the OAI. - In addition, we have checked that the items are marked for indexing and correspond exactly to those displayed in the repository, so they should be present in the OAI. We would greatly appreciate any guidance on possible causes (SOLR configuration, cache issues, database inconsistencies, script parameters, etc.) or additional diagnostic steps that could help us solve this OAI indexing problem.
