Hi Aroldo,

I just tried it myself and it still works, but the <div> structure is 
slightly different in the latest version of DSpace.  So, I've updated the 
instructions in the Documentation 
at 
https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC9x/User+Interface+Customization#UserInterfaceCustomization-CustomizeNavigationLinksinHeader

That structure works for me locally.
