Hi, If thumbnails are working on other pages, then my best guess is one of these: * It's possible that either an error is occurring on the Item page (you could use the troubleshooting guide <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error> to look for errors) * Maybe you have the MediaViewer enabled <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/User+Interface+Configuration#UserInterfaceConfiguration-MediaViewerSettings> on the Item page. I did search around and found this older bug ticket which might be what you are running into? https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/2665 * Or, it's possible you have custom code on the Item page (e.g. a custom theme) which is causing this problem.
Those are my best guesses as thumbnails seem to be working properly on our demo site (https://demo.dspace.org).
