Hi Nada, I think we answered this in Slack. But, just for the record on this mailing list. It sounded like you are experiencing this in DSpace 6 but we cannot reproduce this in current versions of DSpace (e.g. DSpace 7-9). So, the best solution may be to schedule an upgrade, especially since DSpace 6 is end-of-life <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Releases> and no longer supported.
