I have a question about caching and cloudflare with dspace 7. We had
a situation yesterday where the Login button and some other buttons
like the Search button were not working from the home page. I had
just made a release, and we have dspace on Kubernetes so in releasing
the code to Kubernetes, a new image id was created for the frontend
and backend. This does not always happen, most of the time the id
stays the same, I think it happens if I make a change in the
containerization area, in any case .... the change I made was very
minor, but all of a sudden those buttons were not working. I
consulted ChatGPT about it and it suggested purging the CloudFlare
cache. After doing that, the buttons started working. Someone
suggested that the best solution is to explicitly set a short or zero
cache TTL (time to live) for those specific assets. Has anyone
encountered this issue? Any suggestions. Thank you!
