Hello James, I would suggest starting with the documentation on UI customization and theming <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC9x/User+Interface+Customization#UserInterfaceCustomization-ThemeTechnologies>. If you have a custom theme, you may need to add your new component to it, for example under "themes/[your-theme]/app/info" - see Adding Component Directories <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC9x/User+Interface+Customization#UserInterfaceCustomization-AddingComponentDirectoriestoyourTheme> for more details. In that case, you could probably check if there are customizations under [your-theme] for the components you want to match visually (such as "info/privacy" for privacy policy page) and base your new component on those.
