Hi DSpace community! We would like to confirm whether the expected behaviour is for collection admin to be able to delete collections under their administrative purview?
We don't see this indicated in the description of the group: *Collection administrators decide who can submit items to the collection, edit item metadata (after submission), and add (map) existing items from other collections to this collection (subject to authorization for that collection)* however in the Learning DSpace documentation for Deleting a Collection, <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/spaces/DSDOC8x/pages/315720959/Delete+Collection> 'Collection administrator' is indicated as one of the intended audiences for the guidance. We have tested deleting collections as collection admin and get errors when we try to do so, but wanted to confirm that we are indeed getting the expected results. If that's the case, I can update the Learning DSpace documentation. Thanks!
